As this subdivision was developed, Rainstore3 was installed in several locations for stormwater detention basins underneath landscaped area. Developments are required to handle stormwater collection and management on site and not routed to a central citywide facility. This process is also less costly overall compared to elaborate underground pipes and water treatment facilities. Point source pollution control is a very good idea that works well.

Countryside housing complex has concrete swails off the main streets throughout the property with Rainstore3 under all of them.

At the play equipment park at the corner of Lost Canyon and Sky Wood Streets you can see the concrete swale leading to an inlet for drainage into this depressed grass area where the stormwater is filtered into the Rainstore3 system.

Located across the street from the intersection of South Ford Drive and North Flower Place, is another site with Rainstore3 in the common area accepting stormwater from the street.

Located at the end of Forest Hill In the cul-de-sacs the stormwater collects at the inlets and is fed into the Rainstore3.
