Facebook's data needs have grown rapidly enough they needed their own data center. The new center has a host of ecologically friendly features, such as evaporative cooling, airside economizer, server heat reuse, state-of-the art UPS, and Gravelpave2 porous pavement. Gravelpave2 was used as the access and service road for heavy trucks, deliveries, and more. Gravelpave2 provides the site with the pavingstrength it needs and porosity for stormwater management.
