Project Profile:

Grand Valley State University

Project Summary

Bill Roh, Site Manager for Pioneer Construction said “I could have hired twelve year olds to put these legos in place. It was that easy.” The site is 25’ x 95’ approximately on the site plan. Vortechs’ phone is 207-878-3662. Vortechs is the cleaning system for stormwater. This RS3 was shipped a year ago and was just put in this month. The contractor stored it for a year for the client. Bill said that they were going to put six inches of concrete on top of the RS3. At the time I took pictures, there was only dirt, and even a skid parked on top.
