Project Profile:
Gulf Breeze Private Residence
Project Summary
Besides having a small access drive to the beach near the front entrance security gate and the golf putting green, there is a unique application of Grasspave2. The rings and grid are used to stabilize juniper vegetation on the back side of a rock and sand beach wall. This location has been hit with some serious waves and the intent was to prevent shoreline erosion by introducing dense vegetation. In some of the photographs you will be able to see the edge of Grasspave2 mats where vegetation is slowly growing over and entwining with the plastic structure. A section of the wall was under construction modification to create a new seating area.
