Project Profile:

Hill Rise Terrace

Project Summary

This entire development had limited space and the architect (Bellock Baur), had a good solution - Grasspave2. There was only so much space available for the townhouse complex. In order to develop the town homes on each side there would only be room for one narrow road between them. The district of Saarich allowed this development by putting one meter wide strips of Grasspave2 on each side of the road, in between the driveways. This acts as a road widener for passing vehicles.
