Flags of the building across the street will be a good marker when viewing the photos at left. There must be a good fertilization program, because this is a five-year-old installation and the grass is very healthy. Other utilities, such as a storm drain and sewer access cover, are in the utility lane at ground level. None of the photos clearly show them in the grass, but you can find them when you walk the site.
