Project Profile:
NevDex Business Park
Project Summary
Utility vehicles can get off the busy four-lane street and drive right up to the manholes and other maintenance ports. Other drivers aren’t confused with multiple paved driveways off the main road because the three utility access areas are reinforced grass instead of asphalt. The nutrient starved grass shown as a light color against the normal healthy green color can be easily corrected. Apply humate, a natural fertilizer, once per year. Since grass is grown on top of a sterile sandy gravel base course, it is necessary to fertilize with trace elements known as micronutrients in addition to the normal NPK fertilizers. For more information, visit the Hydrogrow portion of our web site, or consult the maintenance guide. Growpower makes a great commercial fertilizer for this purpose.

View of Grasspave2 surrounding the manhole and providing reinforced utility access off Kietzke Lane, a busy four-lane street.

Grass is slightly lighter in the Grasspave2 area because it is starved for nutrients. The area is well irrigated.

Same area as #2 only viewed from the street. Notice the cut curb at the edge of the street.

Another of the three manholes is located next to the sidewalk.
