Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics Virginia
To provide pedestrian access over sand at the 18th Annual Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics Virginia. More than 3,200 thrill-seekers braved the chilly Atlantic Ocean wearing nothing but swimsuits and zany costumes. Proceeds from the Plunge benefited Special Olympics Virginia.

Beachrings2 leads a path to the main tent for warming up after the Polar Plunge.
Three tiles wide of Beachrings2 is enough for wheelcharis. Traffic in both directions should have more tiles.
