River Point Napa Valley RV Resort
Project Summary
This resort was started in 1996 when the present owners bought this RV site. Our original Grassrings with the 3” rings was purchased in 1990, and the current 2” rings Grasspave2 is still being installed as of this month. This timeshare resort has been publicized in the September/October 1998 issue of Vacation Industry Review. “The accommodations are in technologically advanced modular dwelling units manufactured to luxury hotel standards” with a “wine-country cottage look”. The three-story club house includes “a fitness center, meeting areas, a game room, a function room with a wine bar”, a sales center on the top floor, and an outdoor swimming pool.
