Project Profile:

St. Louis Rams Stadium – Baer Plaza

Project Summary

The stadium board wanted to keep the developed area as park-like as possible. HOK Architects wanted grass porous paving and picked Grasspave2 because of its ease of installation, Hydrogrow mixture, and 92% void space for the healthiest system on the market. On game days the parking lot is used by tractor trailers and media trucks and vans. It also doubles as a festival site for concession stands, tents, concerts, a beer garden, and more. Baer Plaza is maintained by the City of St. Louis.
