Project Summary
Toyota's South Campus complex, the largest ever to receive a LEED Gold rating, has 624,000 square feet of office space and houses about 2,500 Toyota employees. The landscape design features drought tolerant plant materials that are irrigated with recycled water. The project also uses a high percentage of recycled or recyclable materials and 90% of the construction waste was diverted from landfills.
