There were some spots that need top dressing and reseeding, especially near the asphalt edge to the front parking lot over the flush curb where it’s fairly bare looking. Micronutrients and filling in the patches can help with trouble spots.

Grasspave2 area is used to access the chillers.
Note that the grass is spotty because it lacked nutrients. A landscaping maintenance program is correcting it as evidenced by the very healthy green turf. Topdressing and reseeding the bare spots would advance the recovery time.
Looking back toward the parking lot, you’ll see that Grasspave2 is a small, but disguised area near the front entrance on the right. The gate is slightly visible on the left, a pan right view from the above photo.
