Project Profile:

Santa Fe Greenhouse

Project Summary

Greenhouses use a lot of water for irrigation and capturing stormwater for this purpose saves on the cost of using city water. Rain water is also excellent for plant growth. Nursery stock is stored on top of this installation so that valuable real estate has multiple uses. Rainstore3 was wrapped in a thick liner with inlet and outlet pipes booted for water tight hookups. The manhole is quite large, but does allow for good visual and water quality monitoring.
