Project Profile:
Grand Reserve Apartments
Project Summary
It’s important that fire trucks have the shortest distance to travel in developments. Often driving through a back gate or one that is near a road is the quickest route to a fire. These are called secondary access points. While it’s important that emergency crew get through the gate, it is not desirable to allow regular car traffic through these areas, usually for security purposes. Disguising the secondary driveways with grass is very helpful.
