LEED Credits

Invisible Structures products can garner LEED Credits in a number of categories. The number of credits will vary based on project type and quantity of product used in some cases. Project type categories include:

New Construction
Core and Shell
Schools
Retail
Data Centers
Warehouse and Distribution Centers
Hospitality
Healthcare

Invisible Structures Products qualify for Minimum Project Requirements as well as LEED credits in in the following categories and Subcategories:

Sustainable Sites

Construction Activity Pollution Prevention

Prerequisite Requirement for all Project types;
Qualifying Products include Gravelpave2 and Rainstore3

Protect or Restore Habitat

2 Credits for all project categories

Qualifying Products include Gravelpave², Grasspave², Rainstore³ and Slopetame³

Open Space

1 Credit for all project categories
Qualifying Products include Gravelpave², Grasspave², Rainstore³ and Slopetame³

Rainwater Management

3 credits for all project categories with the exception of Healthcare which can receive up 2 credits.
Qualifying Products include Gravelpave², Grasspave², Rainstore³ and Slopetame³

Heat Island Reduction

2 credits for all project categories with the exception of Healthcare which can receive up 1 credit.

Qualifying Products include Gravelpave², Grasspave² and Slopetame³

Water Efficiency

Outdoor Water Use Reduction – Prerequisite Requirement for all project categories but once requirements are met, additional credits can be earned:

3 credits for core and shell projects
2 points for new construction, schools, retail, data centers, warehouse and distribution centers and hospitality
1 point for healthcare;
