Project Profile:

Lake Charlevoix Residence

Project Summary

The owner said that the house was twenty years old and had really had a face lift. Drost Landscape put in some water features that fixed their drainage problem, then built a stone bridge from the driveway to the front door. The Boat access extends from the back of the house to the lake.

Grass porous pavers were installed in the boat access lane using Grasspave2.
Between the garage on the left and the maintenance building on the right is the beginning of the boat access drive. The grass is reinforced with Grasspave2 and turns left beyond the garage.

The drive is elevated from the patio on the left, and slopes downward toward the play equipment. It’s difficult to see here but it really looks like a grass lane with vegetation on either side.
