There were a few spots of poor drainage caused by base course imperfections. Took some new shots to update the record for the web site. “Looks better than it did before with the green, green grass. However, they do have some drainage problems and the base is not as stable as it should be because there is a little bit of rutting on the west end of the access lane” – Vicki.

This area is where the drainage is not as good as it should be and because the base course is weak here, some minimal rutting can be seen.
